Welcome to my website

I am Sandra Moon Johnson.  I started singing gospel music with my dad when I was a little girl.  My dad, my brother, and I would go to gospel singings 2 or 3 times a month.  My dad went home to be with the Lord many years ago, but he instilled in me the love of the Lord and the love of making music for and about our Heavenly Father.  I was saved over 20 years ago and attended church but never totally committed my life to serving the Lord.  I have been truly serving Christ for the last 5 years.  God has tremendously blessed me since I committed my life to Him.  God has placed within me a tremendous sensitivity of rhythm in music.  I have a passion for the arts and the use of different mediums of art in the praise and worship of our Heavenly Father.  I love to sing, dance, and even participate in the dramatic arts for the Lord.  My desire is to boldly use the anointing God has placed on me in the praise and worship of my beloved Savior.

I began writing songs to and for my Savior over 4 years ago after I retired from teaching school.  It has been a joy to put the words God gives me on paper or in my case, on a computer screen and then give those

words a melody.  On my CD, You Are My Music, the song, “Let Him Out”, is about letting the Holy Spirit take control in our lives.  If we are Christians, Christ should be seen in us.  If the Holy Spirit is in control, Jesus will be seen in our daily lives.  “That’s It” was written about standing up to satan with the power God gives us and realizing there is a stream of everlasting life that runs through us if we are in Christ.  HE has rescued us from sin and its bondage. “You Are My Music”, the title song on my CD, was written in about 20 minutes.  God dictated the melody and words to this song and I wrote it down.  This song was the determining factor that it was time to share the music God has given me with others. God gives the music for HE is my music.

In Psalm 96:1, it states, “O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.”  I have written many songs in the last 4 years; some of them were spiritual healing for me, some were for my own praise to the Lord, and some were to share with the world.  Research has proven that music has healing powers.  The goal of my ministry is to share the music God gives me with the world because HE is the Great Physician.  HE is my music.
